Prior to founding Simio, Dennis was the founder and CEO of System Modeling, known for developing Arena simulation software, later acquired by Rockwell Automation. Throughout his career, Dennis has been instrumental in the development of SLAM, SIMAN, Arena, and Simio simulation software products. He has also co-authored three simulation textbooks and published numerous papers across various fields, including mathematical programming, queuing, computer arithmetic, scheduling, and simulation.
