Hello - At the moment, my university group and I, are having troubles on simulating a basic telephone queue in SIMIO 10. We're in doubt on how to adjust each object, so that they can run on specific data we have received from a given source. And more likely on how to set this up? In the uploaded picture below, our basic model is shown. So please, if you have any advice on how to adjust this specific model to run as a basic telephone queue write a comment.
