Two unique sessions make simulation software easier for decision making: “Modeling with Intelligent Objects” and “Building Object Definitions in Simio®”
Sewickley, Penn. — Simio LLC introduces the webinar series – How Intelligent Objects Make Simulation Easier and Faster. “We will show attendees how simulation can be both simple and powerful with intelligent objects – while transforming simulation software into a valuable decision-making tool,” says Dennis Pegden, Simio CEO.
In just one hour per session, webinar attendees will learn to:
- Create their own 3D modeling components without writing code, saving time and extending the benefits of simulation.
- Use Google’s 3D Warehouse to download hundreds of thousands of Google 3D Warehouse modeling components without cost, creating an immersive 3D experience without adding excessive time or cost to projects.
- Combine the simplicity of intelligent object-based modeling with the flexibility of process modeling to create complex models in record time.
Attendees join in on two webinars: “Modeling with Intelligent Objects” and “Building Object Definitions in Simio®.” The webinars are led by C. Introduction to Modeling with Intelligent Objects (60 minutes)
For the person that has little or no experience using Simio. This session demonstrates how to use Simio to build models faster and with enhanced 3D graphics.
This tutorial provides an overview of model building using intelligent objects in Simio®. At the end of 60-minutes you will be able to build object-based models in 3D for impact, enhance those models using Google Warehouse to provide compelling 3D animation, and flexibly extend the model logic using processes. Building Object Definitions in Simio® (60 minutes)
This is a continuation of the first session for the person that has an introductory knowledge of Simio and would like to build on that knowledge to create new object libraries.
This tutorial provides an introduction to creating object libraries in Simio®. At the end of 60-minutes you will be able to modify (i.e. sub-class) the object definitions in the standard library, and build new object definitions by combining existing objects (i.e. hierarchical composition) or from the ground up using processes.
