Project Objectives

The objective of the simulation is to perform the network analysis for Briggs & Stratton Corporation, which ships packages to more than 30 European nations. The aim is to send consolidated packages to the destination and also determine the appropriate truck load capacity.

Summary and Conclusions

It is possible to conclude that the appropriate truck capacity for Germany is 2 tons. This is due to the fact that most of the packages destined for Germany are smaller in weight (0.1, 0.5). Similarly, for destination UK, France, Austria, Italy, truck capacity of 1 ton is most suitable.
